Add a PC in about 2 minutes
- Create an install link for a team, such as Telecalling or Sales, in your console.
- Open the link on the employee’s PC and download TraqDesk. Send it by email or WhatsApp for home workers.
- Run the file once. TraqDesk installs itself and starts automatically when the employee logs in.
- The PC appears in your console, in the right team, ready to watch.
A one-time security prompt. The first time it runs, Windows may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” box (click More info → Run anyway), and macOS may ask you to confirm opening it. On a Mac, the employee also allows Screen Recording and Accessibility in System Settings. We guide you through this on your first PCs.

Two-step sign-in
Admins sign in with a password plus a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on their phone.
Roles & permissions
Give a team lead access to their own team only, or let HR see reports without watching screens.
Audit log
Every important admin action is recorded: recordings started, PCs removed, settings changed.
Use TraqDesk openly, on company PCs
Tell your employees that work PCs are monitored. Put it in writing, for example in your company policy, offer letter or employment agreement, and explain what is monitored and why.
- Company-owned devices only. Install TraqDesk on PCs your business owns and provides for work.
- Monitor for work reasons: protecting business data, productivity and attendance.
- Keep only what you need. Set a sensible retention period in your console.
- Limit who can watch. Use roles so only the right managers see screens.
