Monitoring company-owned computers used for work is common practice in India. To do it properly, use TraqDesk only on PCs your business owns, tell your employees in writing that work PCs are monitored (for example in your company policy or employment agreement), and monitor for genuine business reasons. We recommend using TraqDesk only on company-owned PCs. If staff work from home on their own computers, please take legal advice and get their clear written agreement first.

Activity data, screenshots and recordings are stored on servers managed by TraqDesk. Each customer has their own separate console. We use your data only to provide TraqDesk to you. Read our Privacy Policy.

No. TraqDesk does not record keystrokes. Website tracking records only the site name (for example youtube.com), not the page content.

Only admins you create. You can use roles to limit each manager to their own team, and two-step sign-in protects every admin account.

You choose the retention period in your console. Older activity, screenshots and recordings are deleted automatically.

Yes. A PC only needs an internet connection. Office and home PCs appear in the same console, with no VPN needed.

About 2 minutes per PC. You create an install link, open it on the employee’s PC and run the file once. We help you set up your first PCs during your trial.

The first time it runs, Windows may show a “Windows protected your PC” box. Click More info, then Run anyway. On a Mac, you confirm opening it and allow Screen Recording and Accessibility. This happens once per PC.

No. We host TraqDesk for you, and hosting is included in the price. You log in from any browser.

Yes. Open your TraqDesk console in your phone’s browser, and add it to your home screen if you like.

If you’re happy, choose monthly or yearly billing and keep going. Nothing changes on your PCs. If not, we remove the software and that’s it.
